November Goals: In Which There Was No Yoga




Here's how I did this week...

(1) Do something meditational/yoga-ish for 15-20 minutes a day...

Yes, to 15-20 minutes of meditation, but once again, no yoga. Ah, well! Maybe next week.

(2) Develop a strategy for the remainder of the year...

I have a blog plan in place & I am working on the overall business plan, too, but that is what a lot of the "meditation" has been about these past week. Some things are shifting and I am seeking intuitive guidance about what going forward will look like for my business.

(3) Choose a "home improvement" goal for the month...

I ordered flannel sheets! :)

    1. Good for you!! It is so hard to make myself do it. I did a wee bit of aerobics a couple of days earlier in the week, but don't ask me how long it had been before that! :)
