June Goals: Making Progress, Still Working on it!

(1) Read my attachment parenting book and choose the first things I want to try as a way of strengthening my relationship with my son.

I haven't yet gotten back to it. I think I read a chapter before making this a goal but none since then.

(2) Create 5 or 6 healthier meals and try each one, spending the time with my son cooking them. My goal in general is to cook at least one meal together each day and I am sort of weaving these two goals together.

Well, we have been cooking a few meals together and that has been fun, and they have been somewhat healthier. Still working on this one, though!

(3) Order the Vivid Rich Autumn color palette and create a capsule wardrobe that includes vivid autumn colors and incorporates what I am learning in my Fashion Feng Shui class.

I did order the palette but haven't gotten it yet. And I'm beginning to think about what a capsule wardrobe would look like. How's this for an inspiration pic? :)

How did you do this week?

  1. It seems like such a challenge to cook healthy, but it's a worthy one. Best wishes on your goals. Keep at 'em!

    1. Thanks, Aurie!! It is fun to hang out while cooking. For a while, I was "too busy" and often let him cook things by himself if he wanted to, but I realize that I am missing out on precious time with him and if I am too busy for that, then I am too busy!
