Here are great makeup tips for women of color, like me, who love orange...
One thing she says in the video is that women with darker skin may need brighter versions of orange lipstick than they think they will need. The one she used on the model was awfully bright, and I thought it might be too bright until I saw it on her.
I looked for some pics of me wearing orange makeup and I have to confess that on all the ones I found, I applied it with a lighter touch, and blended well, so it isn't as clear as hers is. But still, here they are. Gotta love the orange! :)

DeleteI have not try orange and can't remember I have orange in my wardrobe. This is the kind of color that I like to experiment if it goes well with my skin tone. ^_^

ReplyDeleteOh good! I think everyone can wear some version of orange, but it's such a big color, you don't want to wear the wrong one. I know that's why people hesitate to wear it; it's why I did. But I say, go big or go home! :)
