Soft Autumn Seasonal Color Analysis Challenge: Day Twenty-Four

A Soft Autumn Certified...

It's official! I am a certified color analyst. I had my final teleconference with Lora Alexander this afternoon.

We both agreed it will be weird not to talk to each other several times a week but certainly will stay in touch.

Thanks to all of you who volunteered for virtual color analysis! I was thrilled to discover three new soft autumns among the group of volunteers.

For anyone who missed the opportunity to volunteer, I am still available for virtual color analysis so email me and we'll get started.

Today's Soft Autumn Outfit...

Brown lace cardigan from Roamans
Coral tank top from J. Jill
Tiger lily skirt from J. Jill

I kinda like it! I was planning to say that I know the skirt needs more fading and the combo is too much contrast, and that's probably true. But I think it works. And I was pretty happy to be wearing my new skirt :).

I want to try it with the coral cardigan at some point, and maybe even the scarf. But I like this outfit, too, more than I thought I would. It feels like me!

I'm linking up on Monday with Nina at Momma Go Round for Real Momma, Real Style and on Wednesday, I will link up with Lindsey at the Pleated Poppy for What I Wore Wednesday and Claire for Fashion Wednesday.

  1. congratulations Jeanine,

Love your outfit especially your skirt and the color
thank you for linking up :)

  2. Hi Claire! Thanks!! I'm glad you like the outfit. I'm loving that skirt.

  3. Meant to post this earlier...Jeanine typed me, really happy with the outcome. Being typed as a soft autumn, I have spent time softening and warming my look, I feel fantastic and look so much better. It's also helped me to embrace my quieter nature which has been a huge relief for me. Thanks Jeanine.

  4. Thanks SO much! I'm so glad to hear that and I feel the same way. You are so welcome!
